Menu Blur thinks the main menu is a pause screen

Description

Opening a menu like options or multiplayer adds another blur from Menu Blur on top of the blur from Dynamic Background. Disabling the Pause Screen blur removes that.

Doesn't affect title screen.

    Correction: Actually, it does not happen at options. It happens anywhere except options and singleplayer.
