Color codes in tooltips are not displayed correctly

Description
In item tooltips the color codes are displayed wrong. It seems like the first letter gets a wrong color code which affects the rest of the colors used in the string. Tested on GrieferGames 1.8 network with versions 1.8.9 and 1.12.2. Unfortunately there is no upload option here so I cant show you the bug.
