Custom fonts shifted up

When an server has an custom texture pack that changes a font, the font is shifted upwards.
I've made sure that this only happens on LabyMod, normal vanilla client sees it normally.
I've tried disabling all font related options in the LabyMod settings, and it didn't change anything.

    No problem I figured it to it was the wakes mod for me
