While it is true that this idea continues to be denied, I find it difficult to believe that it is for the reasons established by the Labymod team.

The thing is that the reasons for denying this contribution to the client are written in 2017 and since the Labymod administration team does not express itself again on this issue, its users and Staff continue to repeat the same reasons.

1. Reviewing the reasons, one of them was that Labymod tried to be the most Vanilla, although right now there are cosmetics with animation and HD textures.
2. Another of their reasons was that it would be used for p**n, I suppose that for that same reason but without animation they put the command /capereport in-game.
3. Another was that the Labymod servers would not have enough performance, I remember that it was a reason in 2017 but now they have better servers or surely the money to improve it.
4. And finally, the reason that I see more coherence but has a solution, that of users who have bad PCs or bad connections. Well, in the Cosmetics section in the Labymod configuration there is an option to disable GIF capes, such as Badlion Client has for users with this same problem.
   This option could be deactivated by default and that the same users have to activate it to be able to see animated capes, I attach some images of how it could be.

Well, I hope that doing this reflection can convince the Labymod administration team to add this option that users have been asking for and wanting so much for a long time.
