FPS drops every 1-5 seconds

Everytime I play my FPS drastically drops every 1-5 seconds. Sometimes the whole game just crashes.

I tried to restart labymod but it doesn't do anything. I also turned every addon off but it didn't help.

What can the problem might be?

Operating System: Windows 11
Labymod Version: 4.1.20
Minecraft Version: 1.8.9
Installierte Addons: Flux, Full Bright, Griefergames Addon,
Griefergames, Griefergames CustomBlocks, Toolbreak Warning, VoiceChat.
