Description
A lightmap is a special texture that you can apply to your bandana / cloak to create glowing effects. It works by mapping different shades of gray to different levels of brightness. The darker the gray, the less bright the glow. The lighter the gray, the more bright the glow.
To demonstrate this, I have created a sample cape with a lightmap
