Resourse pack crash game on startup and no textures

Description

When launching the game with a resource pack enabled it crashes.
When you launch the game with vanilla textures it works, but after enabling the pack in the game, even though it doesn't crash, it will not load any textures.

Operating System: Windows 11
LabyMod Version: 4 beta
Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
