Purple & Pixelated Text in Minecraft 1.21.4

Description

When playing with LabyMod, the in-game text and UI elements turn purple, black & red and become pixelated shortly after joining on a server. This issue occurs spontaneously within a few seconds without any action on my behalf. The latest NVIDIA graphics drivers are installed. The log indicates a parse error for an OptiFine shader:
