Add Fast world loading option from LabyMod 3

Description

i feel like it loads things slower in terms of new things or things like going into games on servers which switches the server it loads slower and when you die and respawn it is doing it slower and those things doesnt feel as smooth for that reason but other than that when it doesnt have to load new things like when it have loaded it or stuff like that it runs really smooth i think
