I was trying to apply for the OG tag on my account "gluten." So, I created a support ticket and was redirected to GitHub. However, I've never used GitHub before and have no idea how to use it. I was instructed to make a request, but I didn't know how. When I asked for further instructions, I was told to "put in the effort." I believe that this process is tedious and ridiculous. Instead, it should be an application or ticket that you fill out, and then an admin can click one of two buttons to accept or deny the request.
