Game crashes when Elytra in Armorslot

When I put on my Elytra, LabyMod crashes right away. If I try to rejoin the game while I still have the Elytra on, the game crashes right again. When I join the game with Vanilla + Optifine, everything works normally and when I take the Elytra off again, I can play with LabyMod again. Everything also works when I have the Elytra in my inventory.
I should probably add that I am using a private texture pack from a friend, so the Elytra has a different texture and glows in the dark. Maybe that has something to do with it.

    Update: The whole thing seems to be a rendering problem, alone when I hold the Elytra in my hand LabyMod crashes.
