I've tried to change it many times but it does not work at all

    Click on Reset Options and then try again.

    done that and it's not glitched, it doesn't have a part to color it

    I can open the color picker normally.

    Select Legacy Cat Option then try to change the third color, There's nothing to use that color picker for, you should make it usable for the stick same as the first options other than legacy's
