    If you bought it with Labycoins you don't get any Lootboxes. If you bought something with real money than, start Labymod 4 wait until you are connected to Labychat (you can check it with esc and than in the chat tab top left conor) and then you should have in the bottom right conor a Lootbox button.
    Next time you use rather the Discord Server in #support
