I cant install Spotify addon

I want to install spotify but it isnt installing there is 1 milisecond showing that im installing it but in the end it again show me the install button

Operating System: Windows 11
LabyMod Version: 4.0.0+758 snapshot/bcf38a9
Minecraft Version: 1.8.9
Installed Addons: Flux, Optifine, Voicechat, Resourcepack24, DamageIndicator, ItemPhysics, Badges, Keystrokes, ToggleSneak, CostumCrossair, Teamspeak, Hyplus, TNT Timer

    Hi! Unfortunately, we are unsure if this issue still persists. It would be really helpful if you could check if this still occurs in the latest LabyMod 4 Version (4.0.5)

    I was playing Minecraft recently and i had every addon again :D
