Cosmetics invisible through transparent Blocks

Hi there!
I found a bug related to Cosmetics in LabyMod 4.
The point is that cosmetics are not visible when looking through glass panes or foliage (in the third perspective, for example.)
Since there are new Cosmetic Render modes now, I tried both once and this bug only occurs in Retained mode.
Retained mode (with bug):
Immediate mode (without bug):
I know that the render modes are only experimental so far, but since the retained mode is the recommended default setting and thus many players will have this bug should they not switch their render mode, it does bother a lot.
