Poor audio quality when voice chat module is enabled

When the voice chat module is enabled, it affects all audio on my computer, not just in-game audio. For example, if I’m listening to music, the quality becomes very poor as soon as I activate the module. This affects all audio sources like the Apple Music app or a browser.
