Januar: Zoom not working with Dynamic FOV disabled

When you activate the zoom and scroll-zoom you arent able to zoom in anymore. you just have the movement of the cinematic-camera (not binded to any key).
Operating System: Windows 10
LabyMod Version: s5b/83dffd
Minecraft Version: 1.8.9 & 1.19.3
