I won a special christmas lootbox in the advent calendar, but i don't find it in my account.

    Try it later again and then it should appear, the server are just busy since the event just got released.

    Go to a server, press esc and then you will find it at the bottom right

    I have the same problem.
    I got lootboxes from the 3rd and 5th door but they're not showing up in the lootbox menu in the client.
    What do I need to do to get them?

    And another thing I want to mention:
    The lootbox menu is very hard to find. I expected it in the LabyMod tab, but there is only a shop page. It took me an hour to find out, that I must go into an world to make Lootbox menu visible.

    To find them, you have to enter a server and when you press ESC, a "LootBox" button appears at the bottom right and you can find them there
