[Launcher] Version 1.21 doesn't use Bare Bones BG

All version in the LabyMod Launcher use the Bare Bones texture pack as a background, except for 1.21, it uses the default texture pack. This is because at the time of release, Bare Bones didn't have a 1.21 version yet, but now it does
