Complete texture bug

I have a bug on my game, 1.21.4 and onwards I've confirmed to work. It gets worse as I go back closer to 1.8.9. The textures are completely mashed, both in game and in the menus. See the screenshots below. I've tried disabling the modpacks and flux, to no avail. I thought this would be fixed automatically with coming updates, but I've been stuch like this for months with no solution

    Issue has been solved.
    Outdated GPU driver was the reason for this issue, after updating the GPU driver to the latest version, the issue no longer occurred.
