After a little research, I found out what the problem was.The user is using 1.8.9. ( In newer versions there is NO white loading screen - but only a red & black one. Also you can see the Mojang logo in the screen and not the Mojang Studios logo.)
There is no Dark Mode, not as Minecraft setting & also not as Labymod setting.The user probably has a texture pack that includes a black loading screen.
I don't know exactly which one, but here's an example:
https://www.planetminecraft.com/texture-pack/amoled-dark-theme-1-8-9/With "Turn on the dark logo" it probably made a mistake, because maybe he thought he had that on ( But this function does not exist in the 1.8 )
