[Flux] text_display is hidden behind blocks

While there is an option to not hide armorstands behind blocks, text_diplay entities will always be hidden behind blocks (if the Hide Behind Blocks option is turned on). This is impractical when servers start to use text_diplays instead of armorstands, so there should be another option like this:
