Fabric doesnt work for 1.21.3

Greetings!
I recently updated my server from version 1.21.1 to 1.21.3 (due to Bedrock being updated, as the server is cross-play compatible). After updating, I created a new modpack. However, when I added all the mods (running with Fabric) and started the game, none of the mods loaded.
I retried multiple times, but the problem persisted. I suspect the issue might be related to the 1.21.3 update.

Does anyone have more information about this bug?
