[BUG] Pet movement buggy on high coordinates

When you are at a location with high coordinates (e.g. -10.000.000, 1.000.000) the movement of the pets is buggy while walking. The allay for example teleports around the player (from side to side) without real movement.
It was experienced on a server (1.20.4) running on PaperMC.
