My laby mod cape is not visible for me and others

\Minecraft Version: All

    Here are a few ideas from me...:

    1. have you really equipped the cape ingame + website (dashboard)?
    2. have you tried switching it off or on?
    3. reinstall Labymod
    4. update Labymod ingame and possibly try with new cape
