Nametag seems to not work anymore?

As you can see here, i already bought the Nametag Cosmetic and turned it on

Operating System: Windows 10
\LabyMod Version: 4.3.23
\Minecraft Version: 1.21.4
\Installed Addons: Voice Chat, Optifine, Spotify, CustomCrosshair, Flux, BetterPerspective

    One Small Addition:

    i've tested Labymod Version 3 and there the Nametag Cosmetic is shown, is there maybe an Bug with Labymod 4?

    The Version does not matter, i've tested it on the major 1.21 Versions and the 1.8.9, on Labymod 4 The Nametag Cosmetic is not shown

    And one more addition, the Nametag is also not shown in my Singleplayer Worlds
