f3 menu flashing bug

Description

When pressing f3 to open up the f3 menu it will flash nonstop, the outlines of where the text would be is always visible when in the f3 menu, it's the white text that shows the data (like coordinates) that will keep flashing. The flashing will continue until you close the f3 menu but will continue once you open it up again.
