Weird fps stuttering in some scenarios (not smooth)

Description

LabyMod 4 with the new launcher presents a bug concerning the fps. As I show in this video, in the first scenario the game is not smooth, it seems to be interspersed with continuous frame drops. In the second scenario the game is more fluid. This bug was not present in the beta version that i tested in the past days.
