User is able to connect to their own running LAN server

Just what the title says.
Once you've joined your world and opened it to LAN, you can try to connect to it via the LAN Server List menu. This way, you will try to connect to your own server. But since you're already playing on a server, the game will disconnect you and try to connect to the same server, which of course will fail.
I mean, that's not actually a bug, everything works as it should. But I think there should be a warning popup preventing the user from connecting to their own LAN server.
