Suggestion / Bug Platform

Add introduced_in property for settings & widgets which has to be set to the version in which the setting is introduced.
And/or add a introduced_at property which is a unix timestamp.
The new badge should then be displayed in a certain time/version range after introduction, maybe 1 month.

A new indicator should be shown in the widgets tab and in the settings category button.
After clicking on it, they should disappear on the next click to the same category.
