1.7 Sneak Animation Option Not Working

So wether you have 1.7 Sneak Animation on or not. Your sneak animation is always smooth. Also please add an option to toggle smooth unsneak so that our sneak animation is as same as LabyMod 3's 1.7 Sneak Animation
