    Update: I found the log file and searched the word "fabric" and this is what I got.
    [4:55:33 PM][AddonLoader] Unable to load addon labyfabric. AddonLoadException: Failed to install maven dependencies for an addon

    Me too. I've even tried to delete the old Fabric addon file and redownload it, but it still failed.
    And the OptiFine has the same problem too.
