Game is crashing, when mannequin has original mc cape

If you spawn a mannequin that has an official Minecraft cape, the game crashes. This is probably due to the particles that are displayed on original capes.

The game crashes with the following command:
/summon mannequin ~ ~ ~ {profile:“UselessGeld”}
The game no longer crashes with the following command: /summon mannequin ~ ~ ~ {profile:“UselessGeld”,hidden_layers:[“cape”]}
