VoiceChat cannot be installed through the Addon Store

Just as the title says, even though VoiceChat was supposed to be fixed according to the patch notes of this exact snapshot version, it still doesn't work. I really can't be asked to test other minecraft versions right now as my modpacks are a mess right now. The addon works just fine on the release channel.
