**When the MOTD appears in Minecraft, leaving the server immediately and joining another server causes the MOTD to remain stuck in the middle of the screen. **
This bug occurs consistently and is disruptive to gameplay. The MOTD will only disappear if the player rejoins the same server or joins another server that has a different MOTD.
