FPS drops when something pops up in chat

Hi :)
My FPS drops from like 500 to 3 everytime someone writes in the chat. It's only when I use LabyMod 4. I tried to turn every addon off but it doesn't do anything. It's not possible to play like this on a server :( Does someone know what the problem might be? I already uninstalled LabyMod twice.

LabyMod Version: 4.1.22
Minecraft Version: 1.8.9
Installed Addons: Flux, Full Bright, Griefergames Addon, Griefergames, Griefergames CustomBlocks, Optifine, Forge Loader, Full Bright, Spotify
