Actionbar renders on wrong Z-Index

After adding the actionbar using the widget editor to the screen, the actionbar no longer renders on 2200.03 (text) and renders on 0.03 instead, breaking vanilla parity.

Steps to reproduce:

   Add the actionbar widget
   Observe actionbar rendering on wrong z index.

Operating System: Linux
LabyMod Version: 4.2.37+1421
Minecraft Version: 1.21.1
