Description

As my PC is trash, LabyMod is lagging a lot. It'd be great if you'd add a REALLY GREAT built in FPS boost like in Lunar Client. Then i'd finally be able to play BedWars without lag xD

    Depending on what you are playing, the version should be different. If you are on hypixel play in 1.8 because it still has higher fps
    In my experience LabyMod has much better fps boost than Lunar
    Lunar client lags all of the time for me, whereas with LabyMod I get over 100 fps when i normally get around 60.
    Make sure you have the best settings enabled for fps boosting as well
    Fast render (optifine)
    Fast video instead of fancy
    No animations (maybe some), minimal particles (optifine)
    Make sure your fps isn’t limited
    Try a texture pack or maybe don’t use your current one
    Allocate more or less ram (I can allocate 8gb of ram but I only have 4gb this is possible thanks to virtual memory, but if I allocate 3gb and turn virtual memory off i get better overall performance). Don’t have your render distance too high.
    Make sure that you don’t have too many mods enabled
    Turn off LabyMod cosmetics (or if you have them or wish to see them make sure to turn them off in the distance)
    Smart animations (optifine)
    Make sure no background apps are running! Office applications like Word, browsers like Chrome, other apps like Spotify and Discord should also be exited for optimal performance!
    Each computer has its own needs, so make sure to adjust each and every setting! I’m still surprised how much fps I can get on my old laptop, so I’m sure you can find a way as well!

    TLDR
    LabyMod is the best FPS Boost
    Make sure to adjust your settings according to your wants and needs
    Make sure no apps are eating your RAM

    Hey KiwiFruit555, my PC is absolute trash and playing in 1.8 on LabyMod on least settings gives me around 5 FPS. With Lunar on the exact same settings i get 50-100 FPS. (OptiFine included in both versions)

    DrRainbowCreeper in labymod i get 2k fps in lunar 1,6k bruh XDDD (labymod is better)
